Prices

Every price on this site is the MRP, inclusive of all taxes. A pack such as the Black Water box of six carries its own price.

How an order works

Placing an order sends it to us; it is not charged. Within one working day a member of our team calls you to confirm what you ordered, the delivery date and any delivery charge. Your order is confirmed on that call, and payment is taken then, by UPI, card or bank transfer. When online payment opens, you will pay at checkout instead.

Delivery

We deliver across India, usually within one to two weeks of confirmation. We tell you on the call if your address needs longer.

If something arrives damaged

Write to hello@onyxaura.in with your order number and a photograph, and we will put it right.

Changing or cancelling

Until your order is dispatched you can change or cancel it, at no cost: reply to our call or write to us.

The water

pH and TDS on our pages are target specifications; every batch is measured before release, and the batch report is available on request. Product images are renders of the packs. Store bottles and cans cool, dry and out of direct sunlight.

Gold

Gold is made to order and sold only in private conversation. Its price follows the gold rate. An advance is paid when you commission your bottle and the balance on delivery, which is by our own team.

Enquiries

We answer every enquiry personally, within one working day. Price lists for partners are shared after a non-disclosure agreement, and samples for partners are paid.
