We collect only what we need to reply to you and to deliver your order. We never sell it, and we never pass it on for anyone else’s marketing.
What we collect
When you write to us through the enquiry form: your name and email, and whatever else you choose to add, such as a phone number, your city, your company and your message.
When you place an order: your name, mobile number, email, delivery address, an optional note, and a GSTIN if you want a tax invoice.
Your cart is kept in your own browser, on your device, until you place the order or clear it. We do not see it before then.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics on this site.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to confirm and deliver your order, to take payment when we call, and to issue an invoice. For Gold, to arrange a private viewing and the hand delivery of your bottle.
Where it goes
What you send reaches our team by email. The site is hosted on Vercel; our fonts come from Google Fonts and the 3D viewer’s library from the jsDelivr network, which may see your IP address when your browser asks for them. When online payment opens, card, UPI and bank details will be entered only on the payment provider’s own secure page, never on ours.
How long we keep it
Enquiries for as long as the conversation is useful to you. Orders and invoices for as long as our accounts require.

Write to hello@onyxaura.in and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
