From a high-mountain spring in the north-western Himalaya, where the water runs through gneiss and ancient basalt and gathers its minerals on the way. Natural alkalinity gives it a clean, crisp finish.

The water
In the shadow of craggy peaks, a hidden spring runs clear and cold through rock laid down by ancient lava flows. The stone gives the water its minerals and its natural alkalinity, pH 8.0 to 9.5. We bottle it cold to keep that character, in a swing-top glass bottle for the table and a clear 500 ml can for everywhere else.
At the plant it passes through sand and activated carbon, micron filters and a reverse-osmosis membrane, has its minerals balanced to this water’s profile, and is disinfected with ozone and ultraviolet light before it is filled in a clean room. The batch report is available on request.
Serving
Serve cold, at 6 to 8 °C, in a tall glass. The swing-top reseals between pours.

The flow is checked at dawn, while the mist still sits in the valley.
