Where it begins
Coconut groves of southern India.
Coconuts are harvested green, opened hygienically and their water filtered and cold-filled the same day, so nothing is added to keep it. Coconut water is naturally rich in potassium, around 250 mg in every 100 ml, with a light sweetness and a nutty finish that change a little with the season. It goes into a matte white can, drawn with fine green lines.
Nuts are picked green and opened the same day.
