The water
Himalayan water runs through deep shale and glacial gravel before it surfaces as a spring in the conifer forests of Garhwal. It is fed by the monsoon and by the winter snow, and it reaches us cold, clear and near neutral. Every can is tested and coded, and its clear body shows the water exactly as it is.
At the plant it passes through sand and activated carbon, micron filters and a reverse-osmosis membrane, has its minerals balanced to this water’s profile, and is disinfected with ozone and ultraviolet light before it is filled in a clean room. The batch report is available on request.
Serving
Serve chilled, straight from the can or poured over ice.
